We must identify areas of your financial picture that we can address with specific solutions tailored to your situation.  To implement the solutions, we will negotiate with banks, landlords, insurance companies and vendors on behalf of each client. · Your creditors want to respond positively to detailed proposals offering them a way to continue their relationships with you.  · We will develop, present and negotiate those detailed proposals with the creditors.  Detailed written agreements between you and your creditors will accomplish two things. · Ensure that you are capable of adhering to the agreement and meeting the obligations to the creditors; and  · Provide each creditor with a detailed action plan upon to which both parties are accountable.  Follow-up is integral to a successful work-out plan and we will monitor your plan to ensure its workability.
